SURFACE DELIVERY
VOSD products are mostly liquids and some are oil-based. No courier companies will fly these deliveries so you have to wait more than usual to get the products that you love. Products are not shipped by usual courier or air delivery eg through BlueDart/ DHL or other couriers such as Delhivery due to these restrictions.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
Once you place an order, your order is ready to ship the same day. You will receive a mail from VOSD with the tracking number of the delivery.

The following cities are served by air delivery and the consignment will reach you in 1-2 days. These cities are: Delhi/ NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai
The following zones are served by surface shipping with these delivery periods:
- Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana: 2-3 days
- Kerala: 3-4 days
- West India including Maharashtra Gujarat, Rajasthan: 4-5 days
- North & Central India including Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, UP, MP, Chattisgarh, Bengal, Orissa: 5-6 days
- East India including Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Arunachal etc: 5-6 days
